Jay Campbell’s DAILY Supplement Stack

Fair warning: This list is going to be quite exhaustive.

What I’m going to do here is list each drug, the dosage I take, frequency of said dosage, and precisely why I’m taking the drug in question.

Let’s get started!

Trans-Scrotal Testosterone Cream

  • Dose: 3-4 “clicks” of 200 mg/g HRT base compounded cream
  • Frequency: 1x/day in the morning
  • Purpose: Optimize my testosterone levels


  • Dose: 1 mg subcutaneous injection
  • Frequency: 2x/day, once in morning while fasted, & once before bed.
  • Purpose: Loss of stubborn fat in abdominal area

Full-Body Red Light Therapy

  • Dose: 10 minutes
  • Frequency: 2x/day, once in morning and once at night
  • Purpose: Sleep optimization and treating joint pain


  • Dose: 7.5 mg (15-20 mg for a weekend “sexual” boost)
  • Frequency: 1x/day
  • Purpose: Improved blood flow to muscles and organs (cardio-protective)


  • Dose: 1 g
  • Frequency: 2x/day on empty stomach, once at morning and once at night
  • Purpose: Reduces systemic inflammation, improves gut health, lowers blood glucose, suppresses insulin and reduces appetite.

Desiccated Thyroid

  • Dose: 30-60 MG
  • Frequency: 2x/day, once after waking up while fasted and again at 3-4pm
  • Purpose: Increases fat loss, enhances hormonal optimization via increase of BMR and thermogenesis.

Vitamin D3

  • Dose: 5,000-10,000 IU
  • Frequency: 1x/day in the morning
  • Purpose: Improves muscle function and assists in hormonal optimization

Vitamin B12 (folate)

  • Dose: 500 mcg (relative to B-vitamin gene expression, get your DNA evaluated by Dr. Anthony Jay to see what dose is right for you)
  • Frequency: 1x/day
  • Purpose: Optimizes brain and nerve function


  • Dose: 2-4 g
  • Frequency: 1x/day at first meal
  • Purpose: Reduces inflammation, lowers blood pressure


  • Dose: 3-6 g
  • Frequency: 2x/day, taken with meals containing a decent amount of healthy fats
  • Purpose: Heals soft tissue injuries, reduces inflammation


  • Dose: 3 capsules
  • Frequency: 2x/day, once at morning and once at night
  • Purpose: Supports healthy joint, cartilage and tendon functioning. If you have soft tissue injuries, this is a must.

Bone Up

  • Dose: 3 capsules
  • Frequency: 2x/day, once at morning and once at night
  • Purpose: Strengthens ligaments, bones and tendons


  • Dose: 2-4 g
  • Frequency: Once before bed
  • Purpose: Suppresses cortisol, increasing relaxation and lowering stress

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)

  • Dose: 200-300 mg
  • Frequency: 1x/day in the morning
  • Purpose: Cardioprotective, prevents age-related diseases

Magnesium Glycinate

  • Dose: 400-800 mg
  • Frequency: 1x/day in the morning
  • Purpose: Maintains normal nerve function, counteracts depletion of body’s magnesium stores from therapeutic testosterone

Carbon 60 (C60 Power)

  • Dose: One teaspoon
  • Frequency: 1x/day in the morning while fasted
  • Purpose: Increased energy and focus, along with higher basal metabolic rate


  • Dose: 500-1000 mg
  • Frequency: 1-2x/day (if splitting, 500 mg in the morning and 500 mg in the evening)
  • Purpose: Mobilizes fat tissue, reduces oxidative stress

Jay Campbell’s WEEKLY Supplement Stack

While my daily optimization stack is high-maintenance for my personal needs, my weekly stack is far smaller in comparison.

Melanotan 1

  • Dose: 0.25mg injected subcutaneously
  • Frequency: 1-2x/week in the morning
  • Purpose: Increased skin pigmentation, dramatically enhanced consciousness

Jay Campbell’s “Goodies” For Enhanced Rapid Fat Loss

Here’s a list of supplements I take while I’m lowering my body fat down to single digit levels.

These supplements enhance the speed of fat loss while boosting my cognition for better focus and concentration throughout the day.


  • Dose: 50 mg
  • Frequency: 1x/day in morning on fasting days
  • Purpose: Increased mental clarity, focus and wakefulness

Lion’s Mane

  • Dose: 500 mg
  • Frequency: 2x/day in morning and evening on fasting days only
  • Purpose: Enhanced focus via increased BDNF production


  • Dose: 3-6 mg
  • Frequency: 1x/day right before fasted morning cardio, used “two weeks on and two weeks off”
  • Purpose: Stubborn fat loss at low body fat percentages


  • Dose: 0.5 mg via gum or lozenges
  • Frequency: 2x/day during longer fasting windows
  • Purpose: Increased attention span, improved memory

Is Jay Campbell’s Supplement Protocol Right For YOU?!

Truth be told, the supplement protocol I listed above is subject to change on the basis of my fitness goals.

Whether I’m gaining muscle, maintaining or losing body fat, I’ll remove certain supplements and/or take more of the ones already in my stack.

But at the end of the day, everybody will end up having a different supplement stack that’s most effective in optimizing their health.

Your financial situation, your current fitness levels, your goals, and your biochemical individuality will dictate what goes and stays in your supplement protocol.
