Auxano Grow V1 vs. Auxano Grow V2: What’s The Difference?

The year of 2020 marks the official release of Auxano Grow V2, the much-needed upgrade to the revolutionary hair loss product from Aseir Custom.

While I’ve briefly mentioned some of the differences between V2 and V1 in my email newsletter, many customers want to know why the newest version is superior.

So what ARE the differences between Auxano Grow V1 and Auxano Grow V2?

And do these differences lead to the creation of a better hair regrowth product?

This short yet informative blog post will answer all of those questions.

How Are Auxano Grow V1 and Auxano Grow V2 Similar?

For the most part, Auxano Grow V1 and Auxano Grow V2 have the SAME ingredients…

Serum A (GHK-Cu)

Ingredients: Organic Aloe Leaf Juice (Aloe Barbadensis), Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Phenoxyethanol, Glycerin, Organic Pineapple Fruit Extract (Ananas Comosus), Organic Papaya Fruit Extract (Carica Papaya), Organic Papaya Leaf Extract (Carica Papaya), Organic Alcohol, GHK-Cu, L-argenine, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate.

Serum B (C60)

Ingredients: Organic MCT Oil, C60

Let’s focus on the two main biomolecules responsible for the hair growth properties of Auxano Grow in both V1 and V2.

GHK-Cu has been proven in several scientific studies to help men and women have longer and healthier hair:

  • Prevents hair follicles from shrinking in size, even enlarging hair follicle size
  • Improves the success of hair transplant procedures by accelerating the re-growth of new hair and reduce the shedding of hair transplants
  • Increases hair thickness
  • Stimulates healthy blood flow to the roots of each follicle

C60 has also been shown to accelerate the rate of hair growth, especially when Finasteride and Minoxidil fail to show any noticeable results.

As it turns out, combining the two leads to a synergistic effect where the REAL root problem of hair loss is tackled without disrupting your hormonal system:

“reducing inflammation at the follicular root, improving mitochondrial function and enhancing angiogenesis(collage synthesis) in the dermis.”

How Are Auxano Grow V1 and Auxano Grow V2 Different?

We wouldn’t simply slap a “V2” label on Auxano Grow unless we made some significant changes to the original formula.

So here is a comprehensive list of all the upgrades that make the newest version of Auxano Grow so much better…

Difference #1: Auxano Grow V2 Uses Grapeseed Oil, Auxano Grow V1 Uses Coconut Oil

Auxano Grow V2 uses a new carrier oil solution – grapeseed oil – for instant absorption and less mess after placement into the scalp, while Auxano Grow V1 used coconut oil as the carrier solution.

This is significant, as coconut oil is a “wet” oil and grapeseed oil is a “dry” oil.

And there are some significant differences between dry oils and wet oils you should know about:

“Dry oils are less greasy, lightweight, and do not leave a wet feeling on your skin”

“Wet oils are heavy. Wet oils are absorbed into your skin at a slower rate and feel heavy. After you apply wet oil to your skin, you can feel the oil lingering on your skin surface for long.”

Not to mention the direct health benefits of applying dry oil to your hair:

“Applying a dry oil may help moisturize your hair, plus reduce breakage and frizziness caused by dryness.

Research has found that oils containing saturated and monounsaturated fats penetrate your hair better than those with polyunsaturated fats”

Grapeseed oil itself can rejuvenate the skin on your scalp in several ways: It treats acne-prone or oily skin, possesses anti-inflammatory properties, boosts anti-oxidant production, and lowers hyperpigmentation.

So what does all of this mean?

Grapeseed oil is absorbed very rapidly and readily by the skin, much faster than coconut oil, so you’ll won’t have to worry about any long-lasting oily residue on your hair (or scalp) as it dries off much faster than coconut oil.

The health benefits of grapeseed oil are an added bonus, but we wanted to use a new carrier oil solution that makes the application of Auxano Grow far more convenient for you.

Difference #2: Auxano Grow V2 Uses A Spray Solution

Auxano Grow v2 delivers both GHK-Cu and C60 in the form of a micronized spray bottle for better absorption, which makes the formulation work especially well for men and women with longer hair.

Think of it as a leave-in conditioner – you apply Auxano Grow v2 onto your hair, and then go about the rest of your day.

It’s certainly much easier than applying two separate goops of oil to your scalp and waiting a few hours before you can touch your hair again.

You’ll notice that most dry oil solutions in the skincare industry come in the form of a mist spray, as this method of administration allows you to “nourish and moisturize, quickly and effortlessly.”

Since Auxano Grow V2 comes in the form of a spray and not a pump, it releases GHK-CU and C60 in the form of fine droplets.

This increases the amount of surface area covered on your skin compared to putting a glop of oil on one spot and then spreading it around.

In short, you have a more efficient method of applying Auxano Grow to your hair and scalp.

Difference #3: Auxano Grow V2 Has FIVE TIMES More C60 Than Auxano Grow V1

Even though the GHK-Cu concentration in Auxano Grow V1 and Auxano Grow V2 is the exact same, Auxano Grow v2 has a five-times higher net concentration of C60.

How is this possible, you may ask?

It goes back to the use of grapeseed oil as a carrier solution instead of coconut oil.

To help you better understand how it was possible to put more C60 in Auxano Grow V2, you need to understand some basic science about saturated fats and unsaturated fats:

“Fats, which are mostly from animal sources, have all single bonds between the carbons in their fatty acid tails, thus all the carbons are also bonded to the maximum number of hydrogens possible. Since the fatty acids in these triglycerides contain the maximum possible amount of hydrogens, these would be called saturated fats

Oils, mostly from plant sources, have some double bonds between some of the carbons in the hydrocarbon tail, causing bends or “kinks” in the shape of the molecules. Because some of the carbons share double bonds, they’re not bonded to as many hydrogens as they could if they weren’t double bonded to each other. Therefore these oils are called unsaturated fats.”

Put another way: The fatty acid molecules in oils can’t pack closely together due to the “kinks”, which explains why at room temperature they are liquids.

As for fats at room temperature, they are solid because the “straight” chains of the fatty acids can pack more closely together.

With that understanding out of the way, let’s compare the fatty acid composition of coconut oil and grapeseed oil:

  • Coconut oil: 82.5% saturated fatty acids, 0% polyunsaturated fatty acids
  • Grapeseed oil: 9.0% saturated fatty acids, 67.8% polyunsaturated fatty acids

In short, the structure of grapeseed oil allows us to insert a higher concentration of C60 into the formulation without altering its liquid properties.

Nick Andrews, my business partner who formulated both Auxano Grow V1 and Auxano Grow V2, has this to say about the implications of adding more C60:

“Auxano Grow V2 is 3-5x as strong as the original formula.

Men and women should expect noticeably improved results over version 1 with much stronger absorption for longer hair individuals.”

Auxano Grow V2’s changes lead to increased effectiveness via a higher C60 concentration, a new application method for increased surface area (i.e. spreading Auxano Grow over more skin pores), and a new carrier oil for better and faster absorption.

Now that you know everything about the changes made, here is how you can experience Auxano Grow V2’s enhanced hair growth effects for yourself…
