He also talked about the impact of weight gain, and how it can easily destroy you. “Nobody likes to be fat, if they say they do, they’re lying.” Mark also shared the importance of focusing on being your best, not on being like someone else. Towards the end of the show we discussed meditation and mindfulness. “You have to be able to draw into yourself and focus on the stillness and silence.” We also talked about the struggle of weight loss. “When you’re losing the weight everyone is on your side, but at the pinnacle, it gets harder.”
