THE WOMEN’S PEPTIDE COURSE

Beautiful sisters, it’s time you became your own expert.

In 2012, my husband Jay handed me a syringe and told me where to inject. I had no idea what a peptide even was. Everything since then I learned on my own body — because no one else lives in it but me. This is that decade of trial, error, and self-experimentation, organized into one system.

How It Started

I Was Handed A Syringe And Told Where To Inject.

I was a total beginner — zero clue what a peptide was, what it did, or how to dose it properly. Jay would fill the syringe. I just followed instructions. Then I had to learn, on my own, what actually worked for my body, because no one hands you that manual.

“No one else lives in your body and knows you like you do.”

Over a decade later, I’ve watched Jay teach thousands of people about peptides — and almost none of it spoke to what makes a woman’s body different. Different hormones. Different physiology. A different emotional relationship with our own skin. This course is the one I wish someone had handed me back in 2012.

Why This Course Exists

Peptide Advice Was Never Built For A Woman’s Body.

Most of what’s out there is generic — written by men, for men, with women as an afterthought. This is the opposite of that.

Built By A Woman, For Women

Not a chapter tacked onto a men’s protocol — a full system, organized around how women actually use peptides across beauty, healing, weight loss, mood, and intimacy.

Hormone-First, Always

Peptides will not fix your hormones. Before anything else, get your hormone panel checked and work with a professional. This course builds on that foundation — it doesn’t replace it.

Start Low, Go Slow

I tell you exactly what worked for me — and just as honestly, what didn’t. Some peptides I use every week. Others I couldn’t tolerate at all. You’ll learn to become your own expert, not mine.

Before The Needle

The Ritual Behind Every Injection.

A peptide is a tool — not a cure-all, and not a substitute for knowing yourself. Before I teach you a single protocol, I walk you through the daily practice I use to actually hear what my body is telling me.

01

Presence

Lie down. Breathe into your body. Pay attention to the signals it’s already sending you.

02

Mindfulness & Meditation

A quiet mind is what lets you actually notice how a protocol is working.

03

Journaling & Gratitude

Track what you feel, not just what you dosed.

04

Morning Sun Grounding

Start the day connected before you start it optimized.

05

Feel It, Then Release It

This is where most women get stuck. Give yourself permission to feel an emotion — and let it go.

06

Forgiveness

Of others, and of yourself. Resentment is heavy to carry into a healing practice.

07

Connection

We all require it. No protocol replaces real relationship.

08

Movement

Every protocol in this course works best alongside consistent exercise.

09

Nourishment

What you eat is part of the protocol, not separate from it.

10

The Bimini Soak

My own go-to ritual for relaxation and recovery.

Inside The Course

8 Modules. 30+ Protocols. One System Built Around You.

Some peptides show up in more than one module — because in a woman’s body, healing, beauty, and energy are rarely separate problems. Tap a module to see what’s covered.

The copper peptide for skin and hair, plus two blends that combine it with other peptides in a single vial.
– GHK-Cu, topical (minimum 3%) and injectable, with how to take the sting out
– Why you balance GHK-Cu with zinc glycinate, and when
– GLOW blend: BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu
– KLOW blend: GLOW plus KPV for inflammation
– The mistake that grew hair under Monica’s eyes (and how to avoid it)

Cellular aging, telomeres, and the brain-targeting bioregulator behind Monica’s deep, vivid sleep.
– alphaKlothoLR, the long-acting Klotho dosed every two weeks
– Epithalon and the 20-day cycle Monica runs three times a year
– Pinealon for sleep and memory
– FOXO4-DRI, the senolytic, with exactly what to track and what never to combine it with

The vial Monica keeps on hand at all times, and the travel peptide she injects at the first sign of a sore throat.
– LL-37
– Thymosin Alpha-1 (TA-1), her travel must-have
– Thymulin, and why it depends on your zinc levels
– VIP, intranasal or injectable, and the flushing to test for first

For the fatigue no amount of coffee fixes, starting with your mitochondria.
– SS-31 first, then MOTS-c, and why starting them together wastes your money
– 5-Amino-1MQ and AOD-9604
– NAD+, and why oral versions fall short
– The Metabolic Blend: NAD+, MOTS-c and 5-Amino-1MQ in one vial

The growth hormone peptides that changed Monica’s physique in her early 40s, dosed for women, who are more
sensitive to growth hormone than men.
– Ipamorelin, with timing before training and before bed
– Tesamorelin, CJC-1295 with DAC, and the blends and stacks built from them
– FLGR-242 for muscle, and the one injection rule you can’t break
– Slim Assist, the low-dose formulation for women on GLP-1s who want to keep their muscle
– Water retention, and how Monica cycles off before an event

The Wolverine Stack and the blends built on top of it, for the injury that keeps flaring up.
– BPC-157 and TB-500, and which one to reach for when
– The Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500) at the site of injury
– Cartalax for cartilage, and who should avoid it
– The BPC + TB + Cartalax blend, and KPV for inflammation
– ARA-290, and why it needs a different mixing water

For the anxiety we carry more of as women, and the better sleep we all want as we get older.
– Selank for calm
– Semax for focus, by injection or nasal spray
– DSIP for sleep, and why it kept Monica up all night
– Melanotan 1, two ways to dose it, and why to stay away from Melanotan 2

Monica’s most personal module. It starts with self-love and your hormones, then covers the peptides.
– Kisspeptin, and why it has to be Kiss-1510
– Oxytocin, the connection hormone, and why Monica prefers it nasal
– PT-141, timing, and why you test it well before you need it
– Why so many libido problems are really connection problems

Your Instructor

Meet Monica Campbell

Monica isn’t a doctor, and she’s never pretended to be one. Before peptides, she spent fourteen years as a Certified Residential Appraiser and went on to become a top- producing real estate agent — recognized nationally among the top 1% of her field. That career gave her discipline and independence. It wasn’t her real mission.
As Jay Campbell’s wife and closest collaborator, Monica has spent over a decade in the trenches of real-world biohacking — a former competitive fitness athlete who became, by necessity, her own test subject. Watching Jay teach thousands of people about peptides, she noticed the same gap every time: none of it was built for a woman’s body. This course is how she closed it.
Every protocol in this course came from her own body first, sourced exclusively from BioLongevity Labs, the only supplier she trusts enough to put in it.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to already be using peptides to take this course?

No. I built this for the woman who’s never held a syringe, and for the one who’s been running protocols for years and is starting to suspect she’s been following a man’s playbook. We start at the beginning — what peptides actually are, how they behave differently in a female body, and how to reconstitute and inject without second-guessing yourself.

This isn’t medical advice and it doesn’t replace your doctor. Peptides will not fix your hormones. Get your panel run and work with a practitioner who’ll actually read it. This course is the education that sits on top of that foundation, so you walk into those appointments knowing what you’re asking for instead of hoping someone tells you.

Every protocol in the course is built around BioLongevity Labs compounds, so you’re not left guessing about sourcing or purity.

Especially then. I was handed a syringe and told where to inject, with nobody to ask — that’s the reason this course exists. There’s a full reconstitution walkthrough, and an entire section on the ritual I built around my own injections. The nerves are real. They deserve an answer, not a shrug.

Lifetime. One payment, on-demand access forever — and as I add new protocols and refinements, they land in your account at no extra cost.

Same foundation, rebuilt. The philosophy hasn’t changed — hormone-first, start low, go slow. What changed is the field: there are compounds and blends available now that didn’t exist when I recorded the original. This edition runs eight modules and 30+ protocols, plus a full reconstitution walkthrough and a section on the mistakes I’ve made.

All sales are final and there are no refunds.
