Monica Campbell

She Knows What It Takes. Now She's Teaching Women to Do the Same.

Monica Campbell is a bestselling author, former award-winning figure and fitness competitor, and one of the most trusted voices in women’s health optimization.

She is the creator of The Modern Woman’s Peptide Course and Monica’s 3-Day PMF Training Program.

She is also Jay Campbell’s wife and closest collaborator, and has spent over a decade in the trenches of real-world biohacking alongside him.

Her Story

Monica was born Monica Chamberlain in Glendale, California — third of four children, raised by a single Mexican immigrant mother.

She built her early career in Southern California real estate, spending 14 years as a Certified Residential Appraiser before becoming a high-production listing specialist and Mega Agent with Century 21, Keller Williams and eXp Realty.

She was named a NAHREP Top 250 Hispanic Realtor for three consecutive years and received Century 21’s Centurion Award, given to the top 1% of affiliates nationally.
Real estate gave her financial independence, but it wasn’t where her real mission was.
Monica has always been obsessed with the body and what it’s capable of.
She competed as an award-winning figure, fitness, and bikini athlete, and has spent years training with and refining Jay’s Positive Muscle Failure (PMF) methodology specifically for female physiology.
She has been using therapeutic peptides personally since around 2012.
She has been living the protocols she teaches long before she started teaching them.

What She Knows

Monica’s philosophy is direct: aging is not a decline, it’s a becoming.
She pushes back hard against the cultural message that women’s bodies and worth diminish after 40.

In her words:

“Anything of value requires effort. Aging does not have to be about decline. It is about putting in the work to improve mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

A woman’s worth increases with age as she makes the decision to put in the work toward her ideal self.

You are worthy, beautiful one.”

Her approach to women’s health rests on six pillars:

Muscle is medicine

Lean muscle is the single greatest deterrent against frailty and disease as women age, improving insulin sensitivity, bone density, heart health, mitochondrial function, and mental health.

Hormones are non-negotiable

Monica uses testosterone injections, progesterone, and estrogen herself, and openly advocates for HRT in midlife and beyond.
She encourages women to find hormone specialists, not settle for a GP’s “your labs are normal” dismissal, and come to every appointment armed with research.

Peptides belong in every serious woman's protocol.

Having watched Jay teach thousands of people about peptides, Monica recognized that almost none of that content addressed women specifically.

Different hormones, different physiology, different emotional relationship with the body.
That recognition led directly to The Modern Woman’s Peptide Course.

How you train matters more than how long you train

Monica’s PMF methodology is built on controlled effort and precise form, not volume, not ego-lifting, and not the bodybuilder aesthetics model.
She designed her 3-day program specifically for women, with higher rep ranges that protect joints while generating real muscular stress.

Fasting and nutrition are tools, not religion

Monica follows an alternate-day fasting structure drawn from Jay’s 30 Days 2 Shredz book: full training and eating days three times a week, lower-calorie days the rest.
She eats for performance and recovery, not restriction.

The body and the inner life are not separate

Monica’s coaching at monicacampbell.com integrates physical optimization with emotional healing, inner work, and self-worth.
She has spoken openly about childhood adversity, a difficult first marriage, and rebuilding self-love from the ground up.
That lived experience is what makes her credible with women who’ve tried everything else.

The Modern Woman's Peptide Course

Monica created this course launched it in May 2024.

The premise was simple: Jay had taught thousands of people about therapeutic peptides, but nothing in that content addressed the female body, female hormones, or the specific emotional and spiritual dimensions of biohacking as a woman.

Monica had been informally testing peptides and refining protocols for years before formalizing her experience into this course.

What she built is the most complete women’s peptide resource available anywhere.

The course covers:
A companion Women’s Peptide Cheat Sheet is available separately, covering dosing, timing, frequency, and cycle duration for 20+ peptides.
Monica’s course is built for the woman who is both spiritually minded and ready to biohack her body at the highest level.

Monica's 3-Day PMF Training Program

Jay Campbell developed PMF over more than a decade of personal training and acoaching.
Positive Muscle Failure is defined as the point at which you can no longer complete the concentric (lifting) phase of a movement with proper form, without assistance or rest.
It is different from complete failure.
It is designed to fully exhaust the target muscle while preserving your recovery capacity.
Monica took that methodology, trained with it, refined it, and built a 3-day full-body program specifically for women. Monica has always been obsessed with the body and what it’s capable of.
The program uses higher rep ranges to protect soft tissue while generating the intense muscular stress required for real growth.
It is built for women who are ready to push their limits and get results that actually show, at any age.
