Both perspectives are partially true, but more wrong than right.

To start, GHK-Cu directly stimulates fibroblasts.

I have to be upfront and tell you most GHK-Cu products sold online are topical serums.
Topical GHK-Cu does work, but only when formulated correctly with appropriate penetration enhancers or applied in specific ways (ex. microneedling).
Without dermal penetration, you are coating the surface of the skin and failing to reach the fibroblasts.

I have personally used variations of this stack for over a decade and the impact on skin quality — especially on the face and neck — is both measurable and visible.

- KPV for gut-skin axis inflammation control

Thymosin Alpha-1 is an immune-modulating peptide with documented effects on inflammation and tissue homeostasis.
