Everyone wants to know about the “dangerous” SLU-PP-332 side effects.

Here’s the truth: I’ve been using SLOOP (as I affectionately call it) personally, and so has Monica.

We did a photoshoot without any prep whatsoever, no diuretics, no carb depletion, no water restriction… and we both appeared in the leanest and most muscular condition of our lives (at 53 years young).

The muscle separation in my chest and biceps, and the striations in my deltoids and obliques, were like nothing I’ve personally EVER achieved.

And I say this as someone who has been at sub-10% body fat many times in the past.

How SLU-PP-332 Works (The Mechanism You Need to Understand)

SLU-PP-332 is a potent agonist of three estrogen-related receptors (ERRs): ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ.

Despite the name, these receptors have NOTHING to do with estrogen signaling.

They regulate metabolic pathways that control how your body produces and uses energy, mimicking many of the metabolic adaptations you’d get from endurance exercise.

If you’ve been following my coverage of MOTS-C, the concept of an exercise mimetic should already be familiar to you.

SLU-PP-332 approaches the same problem from a completely different biological pathway, and in my experience, it’s significantly more powerful.

When you activate ERRs with SLU-PP-332, you shift fuel utilization toward fatty acids and away from carbohydrates.

Within 2 hours of dosing in mice, the respiratory exchange ratio (RER) drops, indicating a rapid switch to burning fat for fuel.

And this effect isn’t a one-time spike either.

Studies show this metabolic shift is sustained over 28 days of continuous dosing.

In practical terms, you’re forcing your mitochondria to ramp up fatty acid oxidation and increase resting energy expenditure by approximately 25% without changing activity levels.

From my direct experience, the real-world effect is even more dramatic than what the mouse data suggests.

I walk around fully fed and hydrated with a more dried out, saran-wrapped look than I’ve ever had before.

What the Preclinical Data Actually Shows

So far, the preclinical data on SLU-PP-332 is impressive.

In healthy, chow-fed mice dosed at 50 mg/kg intraperitoneally twice daily for 28 days, researchers found no change in total body weight, food intake, lean mass, locomotor activity, or white adipocyte size.

No increases in liver enzymes, and minor changes in plasma cholesterol levels that were not classified as adverse.

No liver, kidney, or cardiac toxicity reported.

In obese mice (both diet-induced obese and ob/ob genetic models), the story gets even more compelling.

28 days of SLU-PP-332 reduced body weight by approximately 12%, slashed fat mass gain by over 90%, and dropped plasma cholesterol, HDL, triglycerides, fasting glucose, and insulin.

Most importantly, there was no lean mass loss.

Obese mice supplemented with SLU-PP-332 twice daily lost significant body weight without exercise… and this happened in the presence of excess calories that normally kept them obese.

The compound also reduced hepatic steatosis (fatty liver) and improved glucose tolerance without affecting insulin tolerance or hepatic gluconeogenesis.

If you really want your mind blown, all of this happened without changes in food intake or activity levels!

So where are the horrifying side effects everyone’s worried about?

They’re not in the published data, and they’re definitely not showing up in the real-world biohacker community either.

What I’ve Personally Experienced (And What Our Community Reports)

I’ve personally been using SLU-PP-332 for almost two years and I can tell you this: As of right now, I would argue SLOOP is far superior to any fat loss agent I’ve used previously.

It’s better than any fat loss supplement taken before fasted cardio such as Albuterol, Yohimbine/Rauwolscine, Cardarine, and GW0742.

I do notice hot flashes after my afternoon dose, even when not training, so that’s something you should be prepared for.
