#1 – The more seriously you take this process and the more of my advice you follow, the more fat you will lose and the easier it will be to stay 100% on plan.

In order to manifest all of the extraordinary claims I make in the book to their maximum level and effect, STRICT ADHERENCE to the supplements, medications, resistance, and cardiovascular training protocols is required.

Not everyone can or will follow all of the instructions in my book, and that’s OK.

It’s the main reason why I divide readers into 3 separate tiers from the first chapter… after all, everybody starts off with differing levels of discipline, athleticism, and financial commitment.

#2 – If you are a highly inflamed dumpster fire who is incapable of intermittent fasting and refuses to allow themselves to become “fast adapted”, 30 Days 2 Shredz is not the program for you. 

Anybody in this camp is likely over 25-30% body fat, untrained, drinking too much alcohol, and NOT loving and trusting themselves.
